It's our own inventory
TakeHandles is a private store: every username in the catalog is sourced, verified and held by our team. You are never matched with an anonymous stranger who may or may not deliver — the seller is us, every time.
Payments are verified twice
Checkout runs on dedicated crypto payment infrastructure. Every confirmation arrives cryptographically signed, and before anything is delivered we independently re-check the settlement status on our side. Nobody can fake a “paid” state.
Delivery is documented in your chat
Your purchase is handed over in your private chat, tagged with the order reference. Everything — credentials, transfer steps, follow-ups — stays written down in one place you can always reopen.
Refund guaranteed if we can't deliver
The rule in our Terms of Service is simple: if we cannot deliver the username or service you paid for, you get your money back. No delivery, no sale.
A human answers — before you pay, too
The paper plane at the bottom of every page opens a direct chat with the team that owns the store. Ask questions, request details about a listing, take your time. We'd rather talk first than argue later.
No pressure tactics
