The marketplace

TakeHandles is a venue where sellers list social media usernames and buyers purchase them. TakeHandles is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any social media platform.

Listings

Sellers may only list handles they legitimately control. Listings are reviewed before publication, and submissions that cannot be verified — or that involve compromised accounts — are declined and may be reported.

Transactions

Purchases are processed through the marketplace. Payment is held while the transfer completes through each platform's supported account processes. Buyers and sellers agree to complete transfers through the marketplace and not to circumvent it.

Platform rules

Each social platform has its own terms governing accounts and username changes. Buyers are responsible for reviewing the applicable platform's terms; TakeHandles does not guarantee any platform's future policy decisions.

Accounts and conduct

You are responsible for your TakeHandles account and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Fraud, misrepresentation or abuse of other users results in removal from the marketplace.
