What we collect

Account details you provide (email, display name), listing submissions, offers and orders, and the technical basics needed to run the service. We aim to collect the minimum required to operate the marketplace.

How it's used

To operate your account, process transactions, review listings, prevent fraud and contact you about activity that concerns you. We do not sell personal data.

Where it lives

Account and marketplace data is stored with our infrastructure providers in the European Union (Supabase, Frankfurt region), behind row-level security controls.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting hello@takehandles.com.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics to understand aggregate traffic. If that ever changes, this policy and the cookie notice will change first.
